The actual plans, prices, benefits, duration, commission rates, and eligibility may be modified from time to time.
The applicable terms displayed at the time of subscription purchase will govern that subscription.
11. Free Trial
Where available, the Provider may receive a 5-day free trial.
During the trial:
-
Subscription fee is ₹0;
-
Bookings may be received subject to availability;
-
Applicable booking commissions continue to apply unless expressly stated otherwise;
-
The trial expires automatically after the specified period.
EkMantra may restrict repeated use of promotional trials by the same Provider, business, owner, mobile number, device, or related account where abuse is suspected.
12. Paid Subscription
Paid subscriptions provide access to the features and benefits stated in the applicable plan.
For example:
Basic
₹499/month + applicable booking commission
Growth
₹999/3 months + applicable booking commission
Premium – Zero Commission
₹2,499/month + 0% booking commission
Subscription fees are separate from booking commissions unless the applicable plan expressly states otherwise.

-
Unused subscription days generally do not qualify for a pro-rata refund;
-
Activated subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in eligible circumstances.
15. Booking Commission
Where a Provider is subscribed to a commission-based plan, EkMantra may charge a commission on eligible bookings/orders.

-
Taxes are waived;
-
Promotional charges are waived;
-
Advertising charges are waived;
-
Optional platform services are free; or
-
Other separately disclosed charges do not apply.

-
Service area;
-
Skills;

-
Working hours; and
-
Other legitimate operational considerations.
Once a Provider accepts a booking, the Provider is expected to honour it unless there is a legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.
18. First-Acceptance Booking Model
Where EkMantra uses a first-acceptance model, a booking request may be offered to eligible nearby Providers.
The booking may be assigned to the eligible Provider who accepts it first, subject to the platform's technical and operational rules.
Providers must not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage in accepting bookings.
19. Provider Availability
Providers must keep their availability status accurate.
If a Provider is unavailable, the Provider should:
-
Mark the account/service as unavailable;
-
Update working hours;
-
Temporarily disable relevant services; or
-
Otherwise notify EkMantra through available controls.
Repeated acceptance followed by cancellation may negatively affect the Provider's account status.

Illness;
